Vintage Fisher-Price Tip Toe Turtle #773 pull toy featuring the classic turquoise shell, red moving feet, yellow lithographed head, red hat, and yellow pull cord.  This classic Fisher-Price mechanical pull toy was introduced in 1962. As the turtle is pulled, the feet move in a walking motion and the internal mechanism produces a chime/bell sound. Model #773 and the ©1962 Fisher-Price Toys, Inc. East Aurora, N.Y. markings are visible on the neck.  Great display piece for a vintage Fisher-Price collection, nursery décor, or collection of mid-century pull toys.
