Personally, I feel the sizing is for a 28 cm foot.
It was a snug fit with thick socks in winter.
The opening is a bit tight, but the neoprene material provides an excellent fit and they won't slip off.
They are easy to take off by using the heel notch.
Worn for a few seasons only in winter.
Extremely warm and durable.
I searched extensively to buy these and loved them, but since I didn't have a chance to wear them last year, I'm letting them go.
The rubber exterior has been maintained with Lanapure oil.
