Adjustable for soft-boiled, hard-boiled, etc. Also great for vegetables, nikuman (meat buns), shumai, and chawanmushi (savory egg custard).
Purchased so my family could easily cook, but I'm selling it because they can now make hard-boiled eggs on the gas stove.
By the way, it was only used for hard-boiled eggs. No meat products were cooked, so there is no odor.
