Description
I used this for a 14x5.5 inch snare drum.
I'm selling the case because I no longer have the snare drum it was for.
In my personal opinion, this case's reinforcement is different from Protection Racket snare cases. Compared to Protection Racket, I feel this case has a firmer core material inserted on the batter head side, providing solid reinforcement. The sides use thick fabric, but they don't have the same rigid core material. The side fabric of Protection Racket seems a bit tougher. (However, Pearl's case is still sufficiently sturdy.)
The interior of this case is also constructed with soft fleece material and thick cushioning for protection, so you can transport your drum with peace of mind.
The case's functions (protection, shock absorption for transport, ease of carrying, etc.) are all in good working order. However, there are signs of use: the light blue parts on the case's edges show dirt and scuffs. The zipper pull also has some peeling.
Additionally, there is a tear on the underside of the shoulder strap (see the last photo).
