Marie Eggs are laid by Okazaki Ouhan chickens raised in free-range coops. We harvest the eggs the morning they are laid and ship them the same day!
Fresh eggs have a raised yolk and the egg white clings to the yolk without separating.
The yolk is so firm that it won't break even when picked up with chopsticks!
We also feed our chickens a custom-blended feed, carefully calculated for their health.
This feed includes:
⭐️ High-grade bonito fish meal from Choshi City, Chiba Prefecture (for richness)
⭐️ Bamboo powder from true bamboo from Ibaraki Prefecture (to eliminate odor)
⭐️ Calcium from the sea, oyster shells (to strengthen the shell)
⭐️ Kelp powder with minerals from the sea (for firm egg whites)
⭐️ Green feed clover from the earth (to strengthen the chicken's body)
And several other ingredients.
Storage: Please store in the refrigerator (below 10°C).
Usage: For raw consumption, please use within the expiration date. For consumption after the expiration date or for eggs with cracked shells, please cook thoroughly as soon as possible.
