I bought it with the intention of using it, but it hasn't had many opportunities to be used.

Nruc introduces gear with a mountain-return-from-onsen bag approach.

What we wanted to create was not an eco-bag, but an onsen bag.

The Jimmy Tree can be used as either a drawstring bag or a tote bag. This is thanks to the HDPE fabric, which has just the right amount of stiffness – not too stiff, not too soft. However, as a trade-off, the drawstring can be a bit stiff when used as a drawstring bag. But once you get used to it, it won't bother you. Conversely, when used as a tote bag, both the fabric and the straps are not very self-supporting, so it might be a concern for those who are particular about that. If you're concerned about the balance of the contents, use the center snap button or slightly tighten the side drawstrings.
A shoulder strap can also be attached.

We've also put effort into the storage form. To avoid the eco-bag feel when stored, we aimed for a form that makes you want to fold it neatly.
One of Nruc's mottos is A mountaineer is a gentleman.
To create a sophisticated gadget-like storage form that such a gentleman would want to keep in his bag for the city or business, we specifically adopted an aluminum buckle. It also comes with the bonus of adjustable handle length depending on the scene, creating a storage form that's somewhat exciting. By abandoning the idea of eco-bag = lightweight and compact, we've arrived at a product that is truly Nruc-style.
