Vintage Southwestern Sterling Silver Turquoise Statement Ring Size 6 6g Bohemian

OLD-SOUL SOUTHWESTERN SILVER — gorgeous blue turquoise wrapped in sculptural, beautifully aged sterling.   A striking Southwestern sterling silver & turquoise statement ring featuring a beautiful oval turquoise cabochon in a vivid sky-to-robin’s-egg blue with natural-looking earthy matrix running through the stone.  The turquoise is framed in an unusual sculptural shadowbox-style sterling setting. Sweeping ribbons of silver curve around the stone, accented by three applied silver beads. The recessed, oxidized areas create wonderful contrast and give the ring that unmistakable vintage Southwestern character.  I especially like the construction from the side—the split/open shoulder design flows beautifully into the large setting and gives the ring a substantial presence without making it overly heavy.  The silver shows patina, surface wear and age-related character, which I would leave exactly as it is. The stone also shows natural matrix/veining and some surface lines visible in your close-up photographs; I would photograph and disclose these rather than characterize them as damage unless you know otherwise.
