Vintage 1960’s ornate gilded brooch designed by the highly collectible costume jewelry brand Florenza. Features a large central faceted black glass cabochon (simulated onyx) surrounded by smaller oval cabochons, set against openwork gold-tone filigree metal. Alternating simulated seed pearls line the outer perimeter of the textured design. Measures 1.5” in diameter with a secure roll-over clasp and stamped “Florenza” on the backing. *Full disclosure the center stone does have some textured residue (see photographs) that I did not attempt to remove, certainly does not distract from this pieces over all beauty though.
