This is an original ukiyo-e print from Meiji 30 (1897).
It is believed to be one print from a series.
It appears to depict a scene from the Kabuki play Aiya Hangan (Judge Aiya), performed by Onoe Kikugoro.
As it is Japanese paper from 127 years ago, there is discoloration and a hole in one spot.
