This is a NWT/NOS (new with tags/new old stock/deadstock) duster/housecoat from Secret Treasures. The tag names it as a seersucker plaid duster and it's in nice pastel colors. It's made of 55% cotton & 45% polyester. There are 2 pockets on the front & it snaps down the front. It has a floral & butterfly embroidered design on both sides of the neckline. The original retail price shows as $15.42. The tag size is S (4-6).
