Ichiro Tsuruta [Lily] Original Oil Painting

Reproduction of Ichiro Tsuruta's Lily
This piece was previously won at auction for 120,000 yen on another auction site.
A masterpiece that revives the sophisticated aesthetics of Art Deco for the modern era.

The profile of the woman captures the ideal of classical beauty, yet is rendered with Ichiro Tsuruta's signature elegant and sensual lines. A yellow veil softly envelops her face and body, and its transparent texture demonstrates the pinnacle of meticulous oil painting. The bamboo and pale pink flowers in the background create a composition that fuses Eastern aesthetics with Western stylistic beauty, coexisting with narrative depth and serene beauty.
Her closed eyes and dignified expression hint at an introspective spirituality, while the geometric patterns on her attire are both decorative and intellectually sophisticated. The skillful choice of colors, particularly the harmony between her skin tone and the surrounding hues, speaks to a high level of perfection achieved through years of dedicated study.
The original signature is a crucial element proving the authenticity of the work, and the elegant gray and white frame further enhances the dignity of this graceful portrait.
