This is a snare stand made by Pearl.
I am selling it to organize my equipment as I have other items.

I researched the model number extensively for this listing, but could not find it in Pearl's catalogs, so the model is unknown.

The original leg rubbers had stabilizers, but
they have been replaced with rubber-only parts.

It can accommodate shells from 10 to 16 inches, so it can be used not only as a snare stand but also as a tom stand.
When setting up one tom, you don't have to rely on the bass drum's tom mount, which increases setup flexibility.

It firmly supported even a DW Edge series snare (over 8kg).
The stability is outstanding.

There are minor scratches from use and age, and some slight rust, so I have categorized it as Slightly scratched and dirty. Please check the photos for the condition.
