Vintage 1950s Lumered Reversible Black/White "Flip Turnabout" Corde-Bead Handbag

What a great addition to your vintage outfit or purse collection!! This is a pristine 1950s flip handbag by the iconic mid-century maker, Lumured (Corde-Bead). This turnabout purse effortlessly transforms looks with a simple flip of the frame. One side has a beautiful textured popcorn white fabric featuring a mix of creamy milk-white & sparkly glitter Lucite beads that catch the light beautifully. The reverse side (achieved by completely turning the bag inside out/upside down via the swivel frame handle) is a sophisticated solid black fabric caviar-beaded evening option. The plastic swivel handles are still bright white with no age-related yellowing and only 1 small scuff directly under the clasp. There are no missing beads (as far as I can tell) or loose threads. The hinges pivot smoothly and the clasp snaps securely in place.
