There are no cracks or chips, and the edges are clean.
The weights are listed on the back, with the top being 906g and the bottom being 1,112g.
This was the approximate weight measured with a simple analog scale.
They are not lathed, so they don't have a harsh sound. I think these would be recommended for those looking for a mellow hi-hat sound. They are not as dark as they look and have a relatively bright tone, so I felt they have versatility that could work for genres other than hard music.
