Vintage Scarf by Vera, Off White with Large  Black Dots, Circle Scarf, Rayon / Silk Verasheer. Made in Japan. Excellent vintage preowned condition, no flaws noted. Born in 1907, Vera Neumann became an American artist & painter. With the onset of WWII, materials shortages lead Vera to print her designs on parachute silk, thus beginning her scarf business. Vera believed that everyone should be able to have access to fine art.
