Introducing the mini size, about half the size of a regular block.
Its compact size is easy to grip, making it useful not only for supporting poses but also for myofascial release.

● About half the size of a regular block, making it easy to carry to studios or while traveling.

● Despite its small size, it is firm and fits perfectly in your palm.
The mini block provides excellent stability to support your body.

● Versatile uses beyond just assistance.
It can also be used for full-body myofascial release and improving posture during desk work.
This yoga block assists with pose flexibility and corrects individual skeletal differences.
By stabilizing the foundation with a yoga block, even difficult poses become easier to balance, eliminating tension and keeping the upper body light, thus enhancing the effectiveness of your practice.
Having a set of two will further expand its range of uses.
Recommended for yoga beginners and those looking to challenge more difficult poses!
