Block A, now with increased thickness for even more stability!
Retaining the ease of handling that wooden blocks lack, this block is over 2cm wider than Block A, helping to bridge the gap between your body and the floor, or your body and a wall, providing greater height and stability.
It can be used in various ways, such as supporting your hands when you can't reach forward in a forward bend, or sitting on it to make it easier to keep your pelvis upright.
Made of lightweight EVA resin, it is suitable for carrying around.
As shown in the last image, there is some slight signs of use, but no major scratches or dirt that would be particularly noticeable.
However, this is a personal subjective assessment, so please only purchase if you understand this.
