Description

Blue Yoga Works yoga block, supports stable poses.

- Brand: Yoga Works
- Color: Blue
- Type: Yoga Block

Purchased 2 blocks about 6 months ago for approximately 3000 yen (used) to perform Kumiko Ishii's thoracic extension exercises.
I have been doing them for 5 minutes a day, and my rounded shoulders have improved, and I am now able to do the Keep Square exercise.
I started after seeing Kumiko's book, but I believe you can also find simple instructions by searching on YouTube.
I find one block to be very useful, so I am offering the unused one to anyone who might be interested (^ ^)

Please note that this item will be shipped via standard mail, so it may take about 5 days from shipping to arrival.

Thank you for looking.
