Description
silverplated spoons from Holmes & Edwards (International Silver Co.) in the classic Century pattern. First introduced in 1923, this iconic pattern features striking, clean Art Deco architectural lines along the handle, making it a perfect addition to a vintage table setting or a beautiful replacement piece for an existing collection. These feature the famous Holmes & Edwards Inlaid manufacturing technique, meaning extra silver reinforcement was placed at the heavy wear points on the back of the bowl to ensure longevity. Manufacturer: Holmes & Edwards / International Silver Company (IS) Pattern: Century (Introduced in 1923) Condition: Vintage pre-owned condition! These pieces show normal light surface swirls and minor tarnish consistent with age and gentle use, but they retain a beautiful shine. There are no major dings, deep pits, or severe plate loss. Please examine the photos closely as they are part of the description.
