Japanese Painting: Reproduced Masterpiece by Taikan Yokoyama
Subject: Landscape, Reihou Fujito
Silk scroll painting in a special preservation box
Roller ends: Wood
(Includes weights for hanging the scroll)

● This scroll was found while clearing out my grandparents' home.

● The accompanying description in the case states it is a work from around 1935, when the artist was 67 years old.
While it appears to be a reproduced masterpiece, it is quite an old piece (likely around 30-40 years old?) and has been stored away for a long time. Therefore, there is some discoloration and staining due to age on the paper and fabric parts.

● The photos may not clearly convey the condition, but as this is a personally owned item, it is not in perfect condition. Please consider this when making your decision, understanding that there is some age-related deterioration.

● There are no tears, holes, or extremely noticeable damages or stains. However, as it is an antique item, we ask for purchases from those who understand this.

● If you are looking for a perfect or mint condition item, you may not be satisfied, so please look elsewhere.

● The seller enjoys art and antiques, but has no plans to display this scroll and no space to do so. Rather than letting this valuable artwork remain stored away or be disposed of, I have decided to list it for sale for someone who would appreciate it.

● This item is also listed as a set with another scroll, the Japanese painting Akafuji / Seishou Yuukou.
It is more cost-effective than purchasing individually due to shipping savings, so please take a look if you are interested.
