Description
Beautiful vintage 1940s Beacon Glass Company hand-blown art glass vase in a rich emerald green. This striking piece features a classic squat onion-form body with subtle vertical optic shaping and a dramatic hand-worked ruffled rim. The base shows a visible pontil mark/scar from the hand-blown production process. The saturated jewel-tone green and sculptural fluted opening make this a wonderful display piece for collectors of vintage American art glass, mid-century decor, or emerald green glass. Approximate measurements: • 6.5 tall • Approximately 6.5 wide • Ruffled opening approximately 4.25 across Vintage pre-owned condition with age-appropriate surface wear and small bubbles/irregularities characteristic of hand-blown glass.
