Condition: In good used shape BUT does have some wear and tear here and there: mostly lines, scratches and scuffs on the metal both sides- nothing super horrible unless really looking. When displayed on something metal (desk, door, window frame) or refrigerator you don’t really notice especially when you’re focusing on the cute picture inside. Fits a very small long oval shaped picture (see measurement below). A clear plastic cover slides over the picture to protect it. Add picture from the backside- pretty easy.
