Description
Decorative black frame with a bright turquoise inner frame. Features a rustic burlap pennant banner with pink, yellow, and teal accents. Charming accent for walls or tabletop displays. There are two places on the top of the frame that look like they’ve been pushed in. The paint is fine and the spots are hardly noticeable, especially from far away. Please refer to the images to make your judgment on the matter. The frame window is about 5.5 inches by 3.5 inches.
