Vintage Carved Stone Trinket Box Mother of Pearl Floral Inlay Trinket Box

Beautiful vintage carved stone trinket box featuring delicate openwork carving and colorful floral mother of pearl shell inlay. The creamy ivory stone has a soft pearlescent appearance, while the pink, lavender, purple and iridescent shell details give the lid a striking artisan look.  The scalloped flower shaped box has pierced lace style carving around the lid and sides, a removable lid and shallow interior. A lovely piece for holding rings, earrings or other tiny treasures, or displaying on a vanity, dresser or shelf.  Measures approximately 4” wide x 1 1/4” tall. Interior depth approximately .75”.  Vintage preowned condition with surface scratches, marks and natural variations consistent with age and handmade stonework. Please review photos closely for condition.
