Vintage Wood Skate Case from Hillside Skating Rink from 1940'3-50'3

This vintage wooden carrying case features metal corner brackets, a molded handle, and an interior decal from the Hillside Skating Rink {located on Richmond Hill but unfortunately no longer there). The exterior shows minor scuffing and finish loss consistent with age, but the interior remains clean, dry, and structually sound. It likely dates back to the 1940'3 to 1950's. A great retro piece with lots of different uses, for example to display books, hold paper goods, wine bottles, or old family photos. Such nostalgic vibes from this piece!
