It's very easy to use! Simply lie on the pole for full-body relaxation and skeletal alignment.

The Half Cut comes as a set of two. They are relatively easy to carry, and when placed side-by-side vertically, they measure approximately 80cm, allowing for vertical exercises similar to the Stretch Pole EX/MX. (The firmness is the same as EX.) Many people use them for business trips, travel, training camps, and away games.

When placed with the flat side down, the height is 7.5cm, about half that of the EX. The bottom is also flat, making it more stable to use than the EX or MX. Therefore, we recommend the Half Cut for those who find the EX unstable and intimidating, or for those who have stiff back muscles and limited mobility due to injury or age.
