Obihiki (sash cord) - Approximately 80 years old, Geisha era, chrysanthemum and small floral pattern

This is an antique kimono from my grandmother's geisha days, approximately 80 years old, from the Showa 20s (1945).
She said her patron bought it for her during her geisha days, and it's a high-quality item with three family crests.
*A patron in modern terms is similar to a benefactor.

This is a hikizuri (a kimono worn trailing on the floor), which is rarely worn today. The hem is padded with cotton, giving it a plump appearance.
This is a lined hikizuri kimono. The chrysanthemum patterns are dyed a yellowish color.

This is the type of kimono often seen in historical dramas like Taiga or Ooku.

My grandmother's family crest is Mitsugashiwa (a three-leaf hollyhock), and it's a high-quality item with three crests on the back.
However, as it was worn for work and is an antique, there are many stains and dirt marks.
