Although made of polyester, this is a high-quality hakama with the feel of a cotton hakama.
It's similar to Matsukan's Kanmuri MIRAI.

It's best to check online for detailed information, but please use my subjective review as a reference.
Since I started wearing hakama with the same specifications (Kanmuri MIRAI), I no longer wear cotton hakama (even in mid-winter).
It's an excellent item that replicates the feel of cotton hakama while compensating for most of cotton's weaknesses.
- Easy to wash (I wash it in a washing machine)
- Dries quickly
- No worries about color fading
- Does not shrink
- Resists wrinkles (any that do appear disappear instantly with steam)
- Even if folded and carried to tournaments, wrinkles disappear naturally from their own weight while wearing (this is amazing)
- Cool in summer and virtually indistinguishable from cotton in mid-winter

It seems to be a (quiet) trend among high-dan practitioners, as many were seen wearing it at the 8th dan examination venue, including successful candidates (Nagoya in summer).
They all shared the same opinions as mentioned above.
Although it's expensive, comparable in price to cotton hakama, I'm truly glad I purchased it in the long run.

I considered buying it for my child, but the price was too high, so I purchased this product with the same specifications at a slightly lower price.
It was used for one month, with 4-5 practice sessions.
My child's impression was, It feels stiff and is easy to wear, but I prefer the regular 100% polyester (VIXIA) I'm used to, as it's more relaxed.
I thought it might be too early for a middle schooler.
Since I have no use for it, I'm selling it. Please give it a try.
