It is a used item.

Since there is no seam, the measurement from sleeve end to sleeve end in a straight line is 138 cm.
Width: 59 cm

100% cotton.

As it is a used item, there is fading and fraying.
I am not an expert, so please judge from the photos.
It appears to be a jersey fabric with a lining.
