Vintage Hand-Painted Woven Bamboo Fruit Basket with Handles

This is a vintage hand-woven bamboo and reed splint countertop basket, beautifully crafted in a classic country farmhouse style. The circular basket features structured bentwood side rims, upright dual loop handles, and a decorative weaving pattern accented by dyed red and green splint bands along the lower half. The wide top bamboo band is meticulously detailed with small hand-painted fruit motifs—including apples, grapes, pears, and corn—making it a perfect retro piece for kitchen countertop storage, a table centerpiece, or a farmer's market harvest basket.
