Dark Faceted Cushion Statement Ring Size 9 Ornate Silver Tone Scrollwork 8.9g

Private antiquities-club dinner. Saturday evening. You're wearing an ornate silver-tone ring centered by a dark checkerboard-faceted cushion stone. The chairman notices it before introductions and assumes you represent the private collection everyone has been trying to access for six years. Nobody checks. Your chair moves beside the trustees. The private cases open. Someone hands you an acquisition folder and asks which pieces should never reach public auction. This is a substantial 8.90-gram statement ring with a large dark faceted cushion stone, raised rope-style borders, elaborate scrollwork, pierced detailing, and a wide polished band. The stone has a hematite-like gunmetal appearance but has not been tested, so exact material is unknown. Size: 9 Weight: 8.90 grams Unsigned No metal purity marks found Rose Pisswater arrived wearing a black plastic cocktail ring from the mall clearance rack and announced that hers was probably museum grade. They sent her downstairs to count empty display cases. I needed to be somewhere else. So I went straight to Dorsia and ordered Rare Roasted Partridge Breast in Raspberry Coulis with a Sorrel Timbale. Shipped right — protected so the raised setting and faceted stone stay secure in transit. Comes from a smoke-free lair.
