Center: 1 natural pear cut tanzanite, 5.1 x 3.9mm, blue to violet, bezel set, tested and confirmed natural. Halo: 10 natural round tanzanite, 2.0mm each, bezel set around the center, tested and confirmed natural. Lattice: 24 natural round white topaz, 1.8mm each, prong set across the openwork shank, tested and confirmed natural. The pierced lattice work is a vintage inspired design, not an antique piece. 35 stones total, 1.30 ctw.
