This is a charming piece titled Compulsory Education (1887) by Briton Riviere of England.
The artwork is a poster.
The frame is made of wood with a substantial design.
It includes glass.
I purchased it a few years ago and enjoyed displaying it, but I am selling it because I have changed the frame.
As shown in the 5th photo, mold has appeared on the feet of the girl and the dog.
Please note that there are other scratches on the frame (please see the photos).
The size is approximately 52.5 cm in height and 32 cm in width.
