Vintage Gold Tone Enamel Bird of Paradise Brooch

Vintage Bird of Paradise brooch, a highly collectible style popular in mid-to-late 20th-century costume jewelry. It features a crested head, heavily textured overlapping scales representing feathers, and a cascading, multi-tiered flowing tail perched on a branch. Crafted from textured gold-plated base metal with translucent colored enamel overlay on the body and tail feathers. It is accented with small metallic rhinestones along the tail spine and a clear rhinestone representing the eye. Measures 2.5” x 1.5” with a secure roll-over clasp.
