Description
Up for sale is a vintage set of Permanent Pigments Pastoil Artists' Oil Pastels which I think is either from the 60s or 70s. This No. 116 set has 16 studio-size sticks made in Japan, known for being exceptionally brilliant and non-dusting. These are known for their rich, creamy texture and historical Permanent Pigments branding from Cincinnati, Ohio. The green textured box and bold typography make this a perfect addition to any vintage art collection or creative workspace. Please note that these are vintage art materials; some sticks show signs of use, and minor breakage or wear to the wrappers is common for a set of this age. The box also shows some wear and yellowing from age, but I think this is normal.
