It's a nice illustration that really captures Sakuragi's personality.
If you look closely, you can see the audience and basketball hoop in the background, making it a high-quality design.

Regarding the condition, I think it's quite good.
There are no noticeable stains or spots, and no creases.
There are few scuff marks typical of cards.
There is some age-related deterioration, but given the condition, it seems suitable for a collection.
