Vintage lightweight woven fabric featuring a beautiful romantic print of purple and lavender roses, butterflies and trailing leafy vines across a pale blue-gray background. Muted tan foliage adds to the soft vintage palette. Approximately 4 continuous yards x 44” wide. Very lightweight fabric with some drape. Fiber content is unmarked; it feels consistent with cotton or a cotton/polyester blend, but exact fiber content is unknown. The generous 4-yard length would be especially nice for a vintage-inspired dress, blouse, nightgown, robe, children’s clothing or other lightweight apparel project. Also suitable for heirloom sewing and decorative textile projects. Estimated 1980s vintage, possibly late 1970s; exact age and manufacturer unknown.
