Description
This is a vintage, stainless steel pizza or dough cutter/roller made in Japan. It's from Hobart which made commercial grade kitchen utensils between the 1940s and 1970s, although I can't confirm exactly what year this one is from. Product is used. Overall, the wooden handle is in good shape. The stainless steel has scuffs/marks/scratches from being used over time. The product is in good working condition and still feels sturdy.
