Description
Vintage 1970s melamine plate and bowl set by Silite, Chicago, Illinois, marked 3242 on the bottom. Charming bunny/rabbit illustrations — the bowl shows a mother rabbit tucking a baby rabbit into bed, and the plate shows a rabbit gardening with watering can, carrots, and tulips, bordered by a floral vine motif. Sweet Peter Rabbit-style storybook design. Plate measures 8 diameter x 0.5 deep. Bowl measures 6.5 diameter x 1.5 deep. Condition: small scratches on the plate; the bowl has a few rough/textured white spots that read as light burn marks, barely noticeable to the eye, felt more than seen — see photos. Non smoking home
