Antique Bavaria Art Nouveau Lusterware Salt Pepper Shakers Gold Porcelain

This beautiful set of antique Bavarian porcelain salt and pepper shakers exhibits clear Art Nouveau design influences from the early 20th century. The bodies feature an opalescent lusterware glaze that displays a subtle iridescence under the light. They have hand-painted floral medallions showcasing pink and purple violets framed within clean black ovals. The tops are adorned with heavy, bright gold leaf gilding around the shaker holes, and both pieces retain their original, aged cork bottom stoppers. The bases are stamped with a clear, teal-colored Bavaria hallmark. This set is in excellent shape, showing minimal wear to the delicate gold leaf tops, vibrant paint detailing with no major fading, and a completely intact porcelain body free of chips, cracks, or hairline fractures. porcelain, salt and pepper shakers, Bavaria, Germany, hand-painted, floral, violets, gold leaf, gilded, lusterware, opalescent, Art Nouveau, kitchenware, collectible, excellent condition A19-082600-LA
