DW Collector's Copper 14x4 Snare
299.00 $
Description
This is a DW 14x4 inch snare drum with a 3mm solid copper shell.
This snare drum is characterized by the power of its 3mm thick shell and the fast attack due to its shallow depth.
Because the material is copper, it does not suffer from the lack of mid-low frequencies that shallow-shelled snares can sometimes have, resulting in a very balanced sound.
This is a current parts model, with a 5-point strainer instead of a 3-point.
The batter side head has been replaced with an Evans HD DRY, which provides a moderate amount of dampening.
The original box is included.
When transported, a hard case with padding was used, so damage is considered minimal.
