In good preowned condition with no major flaws noted. There is a small part of the fabric bunched together in a wrinkle. I thought it might be a run or snag but when you stretch it out nothing is visible. It might just be wrinkled there. It does not take away from the skort. There is a tag on the inside of the waistband that reads Top Golf - Hot Pink. I believe this a collaboration piece but can not guarantee it. Please review all pictures and ask any questions you may have.  The waist is about 14 inches and stretches to a max of about 18 inches. At the max it might be tighter on.   The total length is about 16.5 inches.   The shorts inseam is about 4 inches.
