DW Snare Drum 14-inch Collector's Maple Black

DW Collector's Series 14x5
Made in 2001, 10-ply + 6-ply reinforcement, Black
Snare wires: Sonor SW1424S

This drum has been well-used on stage, and while there are scratches, dings, and signs of use on the exterior, there are no functional issues that affect playability. On the contrary, its sound is well-seasoned, and its responsiveness, thick core tone, and excellent projection are truly impressive, as expected from DW.
It responds well to everything from ghost notes to powerful backbeats, making it ready for immediate use in both live and studio settings.
The snare wires have been replaced with SONOR (SW1424S / 24-strand type), resulting in a crisp sound with excellent note separation. If purchased new, these alone would cost around 15,000 yen.

There is significant signs of use, including scratches, pitting, and areas where the finish has thinned.
The logo is slightly distorted due to the old film-type badge.
Will be shipped in a cardboard box.
