-----Translation of the back-----
Born in 1931, Louis Cardin is one of the most talented contemporary inheritors of the proud tradition of enameling. He carries on a technique and tradition that is almost as old as our civilization. A student of the renowned French artist André Lhote, Cardin applies an Impressionist vocabulary to this medium of expression. His art brings a jewel-like brilliance to simple natural landscapes, filling them with joy and color.
Appraisal
The Guild certifies and guarantees that this is an original enamel on copper plate, exclusively commissioned by Louis Cardin. This enamel has been individually created using traditional enameling processes. Cardin adds his signature before the final firing to certify the quality of the enamel. As each enamel is individually created, no two are exactly alike.

This was a gift from a friend in France.
I don't know the details, but I was told it is a valuable item.
There is one tear on the paper on the back. The paint on the innermost frame on the right side appears to be slightly chipped, but otherwise there are no noticeable stains or scratches. The frame is made of wood.
Please check the images for the condition.

I would like to pass this on to someone who will cherish it.

The color in the first photo is closest to the actual product.
(Taken in natural light, but may appear slightly darker.)
Please note that the actual product may appear slightly different in color depending on your monitor and shooting environment.
Thank you for your understanding.
