This is a Colombia OMNI-TECH hooded poncho.
It has a cute black and white block check pattern, perfect for festivals and everyday wear.
Although it has been some years since purchase, it has been used infrequently and cared for, so I believe it can still be used.
It has been stored at home unused for the past few years.
It comes with a drawstring bag for easy carrying, making it useful for sudden rain at festivals or during travel.
The exterior is clean, but there is yellowing and other signs of age-related deterioration on the interior, as shown in photos 4 and 5. (The black dots are likely from scuffing, not dirt.)
