This is a work by my aunt, who has been a Washi paper collage instructor for over 40 years.

This is a collage of purple magnolias, which herald the arrival of spring. Purple magnolias, with their upright and dignified blooming posture, have flower meanings such as nobility and sublimity, and are auspicious flowers that have been cherished since ancient times.
The mini shikishi size is perfect for displaying in small spaces in your living room, entryway, or niche.

◾️ We express the texture of the fibers in paintings by replacing paints with a rich variety of Washi paper. Each piece is a handmade work of art, carefully finished by hand over time. There may be slight warping of the shikishi, but it will not be noticeable when framed. We ask for your understanding.

◾️ Price includes shipping.
Ships via Raku Raku Mercari Bin (anonymous shipping).

We take care to pack your order carefully to prevent it from breaking or bending during transit.

◾️ Immediate purchase is welcome.

◾️ Frame is not included.

◾️ Please note that the color may vary slightly depending on your browser or device.
