Vintage 'Speas U-Sav-It' Glass Pitcher with White Screw Cap

Clear 1/2 gallon glass pitcher with a white screw cap. Has 'Speas U-Sav-It' embossed on the bottom. The container originally held vinegar. No paper label. Has solid glass handle. There’s a line at the bottom of the handle that is part of the manufacturing. It goes perfectly over the top of the handle at the bottom part. No pour spout but I never had any problems with it.   I used it to make sun-tea on my back step 30+ years ago. Has numerous surface scratches on the outside. The pitcher does have a crack on the bottom. I filled it with water and set it on the kitchen counter for 16 hours and it did not leak.   The white lid is not the original. When I used it there was an old aluminum-metal canning jar lid on it. There is a tiny chip in the lip just below the mouth of the pitcher, just below where the lid screws on.   Collectible or use for up-cycling and DIY project.
