I purchased this new and have used it for about six months. However, I rarely use it (only when cooking large batches of white rice) as I usually cook rice in a small clay pot. I'm selling it because it feels like a waste not to use it more.
I used it carefully when I did, so I believe the non-stick coating inside is scratch-free and clean. However, there may be some minor scratches from use, which is why I've listed it as no noticeable scratches or dirt.
It comes with all accessories, including the steamer, white rice measuring cup, recipe book, and instruction manual.
The original cardboard box and internal styrofoam packaging are also intact, so shipping should be secure.
Operation has been confirmed.
While it is in beautiful condition, please only purchase if you understand that this is a used item.
