Snowing Manhattan
Drawing by Masao Hayashi
[Powdery snow falling from the cold silence
melts with the light from the square buildings,
drifting like smoke.
It calmly conveys to the opposite shore, in a cinematic touch,
that the city is always a bustling, passionate world inhabited by people.]

The creation method is unknown, but the painting has a textured surface, suggesting it was made into a print after being drawn on a Mac.
The frame is also very lovely.
The plate is likely acrylic. Apologies if this is incorrect.
There are scuffs and scratches on the plate.
