Vintage Artisan Brown Leather Backpack Embossed Crocodile/Alligator Emblem

Vintage Artisan Brown Leather Backpack Embossed Crocodile/Alligator Emblem  This is a very unusual backpack. Its leather is buttery soft, especially on the back. The straps are nice and sturdy. The inside is a black cotton fabric and very clean.   Bags that look similar to this were popular in the 90’s. I believe this could be that old but I cannot prove it. It’s solely off the research I did.   This piece is a nice size but not too big. Height, width and depth measurements in photos.  To me the leather tooled medallion reminds me of Mexico although I have nothing connecting this piece to the country.  It’s very unusual with the alligator or crocodile, the headdress, etc. Indiana Jones vibes for sure!   Some wear on the bottom. That’s the most. Otherwise there are some spots/scuffs that I would say, give it character.   Freshly conditioned!  I’m happy to answer any questions you may have.
